TODAY THROUGH FRIDAY:  Happy Halloween!  The ghouls and ghosts won’t have much problems today and tonight as high pressure will produce clear to partly cloudy conditions with a light southerly wind around 5 to 10 mph.  Once again another warm Halloween is expected (4 years in a row) with highs in the lower to upper 60′s and lows in the lower to mid 50′s.  A strong cold front will move through the region on Thursday with scattered showers.  Temperatures will rise into the lower 60′s to lower 70′s for highs.  On Friday, high pressure will bring sunny and comfortable conditions with temperatures ranging from the mid 30′s to mid 40′s for lows and mid 50′s to lower 60′s for highs.

SATURDAY THROUGH TUESDAY:  A much nicer weekend is shaping up as a potential coastal storm will stay off shore far enough to only bring partly cloudy skies and windy conditions on Saturday and Sunday.  Departing high pressure will produce clear and comfortable conditions on Monday.  A strong cold front will follow on Tuesday with scattered showers and significant temperature drops in the afternoon and evening.  Temperatures will range from the upper 20′s to lower 40′s for lows and upper 40′s to upper 50′s for highs.
