FORECAST DISCUSSION

TODAY THROUGH TUESDAY:

Today:  Increasing clouds with showers and thunderstorms.  Some of the thunderstorms will become severe with the strongest thunderstorms producing frequent lightningt, large hail, wind gusts over 65 mph, isolated tornadoes, and heavy downpours.  Winds will be from the southwest around 10 to 20 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to upper 80’s for highs.

Tonight:  Strong to severe thunderstorms expected with the strongest thunderstorms producing frequent lightning, large hail, wind gusts over 65 mph, heavy downpours, and isolated tornadoes.  Winds will veer from the southwes to west around 10 to 20 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the upper 60’s to lower 70’s for lows.

Monday:  Lingering morning showers followed by clearing skies.  Winds will be from the west around 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to upper 80’s for highs.

Monday night:  Partly cloudy with winds from the west around 5 to 10 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the lower to upper 60’s for lows.

Tuesday:  Clear to partly cloudy with winds from the west around 5 to 10 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower 80’s for highs.

WEDNESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY:

Wednesday:  Clear to partly cloudy.  Temperatures will range from the upper 50’s to mid 60’s for lows and lower to upper 80’s for highs.

Thursday:  Clear to partly cloudy.  Showers and thunderstorms in the evening.  Temperatures will range from the lower to upper 60’s for lows and upper 70’s to lower 80’s for highs.

Friday:  Partly cloudy.  Temperatures will range from the lower to upper 60’s for lows and upper 70’s to lower 80’s for highs. 

Saturday:  Partly cloudy.  Temperatures will range from the upper 50’s to mid 60’s for lows and upper 70’s to lower 80’s for highs.
