Another cold and windy day is on the way as a northwesterly wind at 5 to 15 mph can be expected.  Scattered cloud cover can be expected with temperatures rising into the mid 30’s for highs.

A warm front will approach from the southwest by tomorrow evening with winds backing to the east at 5 to 15 mph.  Clouds will increase through the day with rain and snow showers developing by tomorrow evening.  Little if any accumulation of snow is expected with most locations changing over to rain gradually from south to north.  Temperatures will range from the upper 10’s to mid 20’s for lows and upper 30’s to lower 40’s for highs tomorrow.  Temperatures tomorrow night will fall into the lower to mid 30’s for lows by Saturday morning.

An area of low pressure will develop off the Delaware coast by Saturday morning and lift towards the New England coastal waters by Sunday morning with periods of rain for much of the region and a mix of rain and snow over far northern interior locations like norther Connecticut.  Temperatures through Sunday will range from the mid 40’s to lower 50’s for highs and lower to mid 30’s over the interior and mid to upper 30’s along the coast for lows.

High pressure will be in control on Monday with scattered cloud cover.  Another area of low pressure will produce periods of rain on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Temperatures will range from the upper 20’s to mid 30’s for lows and mid 40’s to lower 50’s for highs.
