A strong Sub Tropical disturbance is supporting the development of a strong and moisture loaded area of low pressure over the Gulf Coast that will move towards the New Jersey coastal waters by Sunday night.

A very cold air mass has returned to the northern Mid Atlantic this morning, providing another cold weekend for the Philadelphia and New York City metropolitan area.
