Most locations east of Philadelphia received a half an inch to three-fourths of an inch of rainfall yesterday. High pressure is doing an excellent job this morning providing the forecast area with great Spring conditions for the entire region. The strong upper low responsible for the severe weather last evening is currently moving through western New York while a surface low is intensifying over New England.
